Civil Engineer Tallaght Co. Dublin

An expanding civil engineering and utilities contractor with expertise across infrastructure utilities traffic management environmental services and public lighting projects is seeking a Civil Engineer for an office-based role in Cookstown Tallaght. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to develop their technical expertise in a professional environment while contributing to essential public and private sector projects.

While the role is office-based occasional site visits will be required. Experience with electrical or utility projects will be viewed as a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare civil infrastructure designs drawings reports and specifications
Carry out technical assessments design calculations and reviews
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
Conduct site inspections when required and provide technical support to site teams
Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality standards

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
Knowledge of utilities drainage structural or road design desirable
Competent in CAD and other relevant engineering software
Strong communication coordination and reporting skills
