What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to pharmacies and physicians using established recruitment strategies.
- Promote participation in ongoing syndicated panels ensuring adherence to recruitment and data collection standards.
- Conduct follow-up calls to maximize data return and panel engagement.
- Handle incoming inquiries from panel members escalating complex issues when needed.
- Distribute and manage both physical and electronic data collection materials.
- Educate and motivate panel participants to comply with study protocols.
- Process and resolve panel incentive payments within defined guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Support special research projects and maintain accurate supplier records.
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3 years of experience in medical market research especially outbound B2B research with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Access Outlook).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
