About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage two key airport locations - the T4 Virgin Domestic store and the T1 Qantas kiosk - ensuring the highest standards in customer service sales compliance and operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Store Support Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing rostering onboarding and staff development
- Leading and motivating a team of 57 staff across both sites
- Managing stock levels merchandising and store presentation
- Driving sales performance through promotions and exceptional service
- Ensuring compliance with airport safety security and operational protocols
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Confidence in rostering coaching and developing teams
- 3 years experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles
- Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain an ASIC card
- Strong understanding of POS systems stock control and cash handling
- Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings weekends and public holidays
