Information Technology and Systems within the College of Education & Human Development is seeking to hire a PC Systems Specialist Associate.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position will provide IT support to the College of Education & Human Development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Desktop Support (PC and Apple):
Prepare new computer systems utilizing System Center Configuration Manager and Jamf Connect.
Manage the installation maintenance troubleshooting and migration of computer systems and peripherals. Manage the installation and troubleshooting of computer software.
Install local and network printers and work with the departments to help in the setup process of multifunction printer/copiers.
Prioritize and resolve general support tickets.
Perform tasks in-person and remote.
Classroom and Conference Rooms:
Manage the installation maintenance troubleshooting and migration of computer systems and peripherals.
Manage the installation and troubleshooting of computer software
Audio/Visul Support:
Handle general questions from faculty and staff in regard to use the equipment in the AV equipped rooms.
General maintenance of AV equipment.
Assist GSU AV Team in repairing AV equipment
General:
Performs other advanced level specialist duties as assigned.
Attend various GSU IIT meetings.
Attend training seminars related to this position when needed.
Management: Maintain CEHD Asset and Inventory System for the Deans Office.
