Our client is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Facilities Representative. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including administrative tasks customer service projects events and overall facilities support. The ideal candidate will excel at interacting with both internal and external parties a natural ability to jump in wherever they are needed and an ability to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities environment. The Role: Facilities Coordinator (Contract position 3 weeks)

The City: Oakland CA (Friday & Tuesday 9am-5pm)

The Money: $30 Per Hour

The Day-to-Day:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities and Safety team
  • Handle work orders
  • Participate in new projects in regards to facilities and maintenance
  • Maintain inventory track orders and stock supplies
  • Ad Hoc projects events and duties as needed
