Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic clinic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through comprehensive therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and capabilities of clients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific patient goals.
Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patients abilities and independence.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and progression.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic processes and home exercises to support ongoing improvement.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Alabama.
Proven experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
