Location: Lexus of Orlando & Lexus of Winter Park
Status: Full-Time

Our commitment to World Class Service begins with exceptional peopleand were looking for friendly energetic and professional Loaner Car Agents to join our growing Service Department teams.
Position Overview:
As a Loaner Car Agent you will play a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Youll assist with loaner vehicle coordination ensure accurate record-keeping and help maintain an efficient and guest-focused service operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the Loaner Car office
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and loaner vehicle paperwork
- Accurately enter and update guest data in the Loaner Car Database
- Ensure vehicles are clean presentable and ready for guest use
- Communicate clearly with service advisors valet staff and management
- Perform active on-your-feet tasks including walking standing and occasional running
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Energetic and professional appearance with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry proficiency
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles is a plus
