Ive expanded beyond my own clinic working with other practices through consulting and growth

New Patient Acquisition & Engagement

Core Tasks & Responsibilities
New Patient Acquisition & Engagement
- Welcome new patients give them a tour of the office establish rapport and lead education on
- chiropractic care
- Help patients complete intake forms and prepare them for doctor review before appointments
- Walk patients through Dr. Recommendations and financial options
Lead Follow-Up & Outreach
- Call new patient leads (those who express interest in our services)
- Call patients who miss appointments offer rescheduling and maintain follow-up touches
Administrative & Data Work
- Check voicemails respond or forward messages
- Enter doctors recommendations into Excel (or similar) to prepare financial presentations
- Verify insurance via Availity (or other portals/phone calls)
- Greet and check patients in/out manage scheduling
- Assist with daily cash deposit and reconciliation
Clinical & Modality Support
- Provide Hypervolt massage to patients and demonstrate home care/in-office traction
- Prepare rooms clean and restock supplies maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist the doctors with any clinical or administrative needs to ensure smooth patient care and office

Team & Initiative Tasks
- Suggest improvements to workflow or processes
- Take ownership of your role and contribute to strong team chemistry

Benefits & Perks
Competitive Pay: Starting at $50000/year (approx. $24/hour) which is above the Colorado average
for chiropractic assistants. We are offering this higher rate because we are looking for someone
exceptional a true team player who will take ownership in supporting the doctor and patients at the
highest level.
