Senior Practice Manager
Reporting To: Director Operations
Team Members: All DVM & non-DVM team members at the home clinic and all Practice Managers and DVMs at clinics within the assigned region to be determined.
Salary Range: $75000 - $80000

Ensure full adherence to VetCare policies protocols and all regulatory requirements safeguarding the integrity and quality of care.
Experience:35 years in veterinary practice management ideally with multi-site or progressive leadership responsibilities.
HR & Team Building:A natural coach with strong people leadership skills able to provide constructive feedback resolve challenges and nurture professional growth.
Operational Knowledge:Solid understanding of clinic operations financial management and inventory control.
Communication:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate listen actively and lead with calm solutions-focused energy.
Adaptability:Highly organized resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
