About the opportunity

Step into this exciting and newly created role where you will get the opportunity to work closely with our Bendigo Bank and Up Technology Teams! Youll be the go-to expert working with our tech teams to build a strong risk culture and ensure our digital platforms are secure and reliable. Its a fast-paced challenging role where youll make a real impact for our staff and customers

In this role youll get to

  • Own the risk and compliance game for our new Digital Division.
  • Become the go-to expert advising teams on all things digital risk.
  • Build bridges across the Bank fostering collaboration and an outstanding risk culture.
  • Tackle exciting ever-evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Make a genuine impact on how we deliver awesome customer experiences.

What youll bring to the role

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Had previous experience in a technology risk role.
  • A deep understanding of IT infrastructure applications and security.
  • A knack for collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Solid grasp of operational and technology risk frameworks (a plus!).
  • Passion for building a positive risk culture and making a difference.
