JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiasticFood & Beverage Attendantto join our fantastic F&B team at the Citrique Restaurant on apart time basis.

Critical responsibilities:

Ensure efficient friendly and professional service is provided to all guests

Warmly welcome & serve our guests

Be an expert on the hotel know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience

Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations

Assisting all guests with menu dietary requirements and recommendations

Ensuring accuracy with requests orders and service delivery

Use of Infrasys system

Ensuring all service areas are immaculate

Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling

Promoting safety and support WHS practices

Successful Candidates will have:

Previous experience in food & beverage service ideally in a hotel environment

Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)

Has a positive can-do attitude

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Barista skills advantageous

Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
