Responsibilities
Internal
- Works with service advisors and service technicians to identify locate cost out and deliver appropriate part
- Serves service advisors and service technicians in a timely/efficient manner
- Maintains organized inventory of parts department
External
- Enthusiastically greets retail customers
- Identify locate price out and deliver appropriate part to retail customer
- Serves customer in a timely/efficient manner
Qualifications
- Values integrity drive team player
- Ability to learn and follow service process
- Ability to learn and utilize service tools/software
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Preferred service and/or parts experience with imports or domestic vehicles and automotive service-related operations
