How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Análise e fechamento contábil do módulo de contas a receber e conciliação bancária.
• Identificação e baixas de depósitos.
• Conferência de comprovantes de caixa e controle de adiantamentos.
• Controle de numerários para pequenas despesas.
• Organização de arquivos para licitações públicas.
• Administração de serviços de correspondência e mensageiros.
• Elaboração e cumprimento de obrigações fiscais (GIA SINTEGRA ISS IPI ICMS).
• Conferência e atualização de Livros Fiscais.
• Atendimento a fiscalizações (trabalhistas Fazenda Estadual e Municipal) e solicitação de certidões negativas.
• Análise de processos para licenças e alvarás.
• Atendimento a procedimentos de RH e manutenção de documentação de funcionários terceiros.
• Execução de rotinas de departamento pessoal (horas extras banco de horas admissões/demissões).
• Comparecimento em audiências trabalhistas e homologações.
• Atendimento ao procedimento de terceirização.
• Elaboração e entrega de relatórios solicitados pela Sede.
• Acompanhamento da análise de balancete e despesas mensais.
• Controle e administração do fluxo de caixa interno.
• Atuação junto a órgãos competentes como representante legal.

Do you have these requirements

• Formação e/ou Experiência comprovada:Superior em Administração Ciências Contábeis Ciências Econômicas ou Economia.
