We are now looking for Senior Commercial Contract Manager to join the this role the main focus is to provide strategic support across a variety of client industries focusing on the commercial legal and contractual aspects.

Daily challenges

• Reviewing and amending legal/commercial documents SOWs MSAs.

• Liaise with representatives from DXC business and act as a trusted advisor to the account/s and clients.

• Identifying key risks and mitigations.

• Leading complex negotiations and deals from legal perspective.

• Responsible for offering improvements in the existing processes.

• Training junior employees.

eXperience and skills required

• Bachelors degree in Law.

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Contract law.

• Experience with IT contracts.

• Fluent in English.

• Adaptive and with attention to details.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
