Job Summary
- Drive technical discussions on designs execution & processes with different teams/stakeholders in the company
- Lead research for the identification and implementation of methods and best practices to improve and optimize data collection validation and processing approaches.
- Play a key role in developing/updating and documenting new/existing methodologies.
- Leads while working in a global context and connecting to stakeholders in different parts of the world.
- Uses Outside-in-thinking when making decisions to continuously improve the product.
- Engage with process owners to review the new/updated methodologies.
- Provide Technology team with specs for development of new/modified methodologies.
Qualifications :
- Very good knowledge of end-to-end processes of RMS products
- Good engagement/interaction/communication skills with different teams/stakeholders in the company (experts from other areas)
- Minimum bachelors degree in Statistics Data Science or Econometrics
- Proficient in Python R SQL as well as in Bitbucket/Confluence
