Job Description
As Lead Architect you will:
- Define system architecture and clarify design requirements to guide hardware/software teams.
- Work out fit for purpose solutions that require deep expertise in electronics design and cross-domain integration.
- Make strategic design decisions balancing cost modularity robustness scalability and quality.
- Communicate technical aspects effectively to internal and external stakeholders including customers.
- Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs.
- Solve complex design trade-offs and mentor engineers in design analysis and tools.
Qualifications :
- Senior engineering background in electronics with strong system-level thinking.
- Proven experience in architecture innovation and cross-functional leadership.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology trends to business development.
- Excellent communicator and coach able to inspire and guide teams.
