Job Summary
- Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases providing our Expert Search team with the vital information needed to meticulously research and identify the most impactful expert witnesses.
Leverage your expertise in the review of medical records and summaries.
Actively assist our Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases and providing crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Deliver exceptional consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes collaborating seamlessly with our customer success sales and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
1-2 years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting preferred but not required.
Strong clinical knowledge - 5 years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
A true team player demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.
