Were looking for a lead Service Advisor who will serve as the critical link between our customers and our service department.
As a lead Service Advisor you are the trusted point of contact for our guests guiding them through a transparent and professional service experience that reflects the integrity of the INEOS name. $42-$110k/year (Commission-Based)
Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the dealership management system
- Uphold brand standards of integrity transparency and customer care
Qualifications
- Premium auto experience preferred but not necessary
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and technicians
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Ability to mutitask in a fast-paced environment
