Your Responsibilities:
- Process incoming abuse reports (e.g. DMCA phishing spam) from external providers and users across all company products including CDN Cloud and Hosting.
- Investigate reported incidents according to established internal guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Take appropriate action on confirmed violations including communicating with customers and suspending services when necessary.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all cases handled.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and other internal teams to address complex issues.
- Identify and escalate emerging abuse trends to help improve platform-wide security.
Qualifications :
We Expect you to Have:
- 1 year of experience in Abuse Operations Trust and Safety Technical Support or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of internet technologies and a strong desire to develop your expertise in the Abuse Operations field.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures with precision.
- Mental resilience and the ability to professionally handle exposure to potentially sensitive or explicit content.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Zendesk).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- A responsible methodical and proactive approach to your work.
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
