Urgent care are delighted to invite applications to the role of Emergency practitioner. It is a role based both at Queen Alexandra Hospital (QAH) and Gosport War Memorial Hospital (GWMH) and you will be expected to work on either site.
You would join our dynamic practitioner led teams in the urgent care departments at QAH and Gosport UTC as a specialist and clinical expert who is expected to provide high quality patient assessment and management of minor injury and illness.
You will practice autonomously encompassing the skills of assessment diagnosis and treatment discharge and referral of patients presenting to Urgent Care with undifferentiated injury and illness.
To ensure that you are sufficiently prepared to develop your knowledge skills and behaviours to successfully work with us at an enhanced practice level we expect you to have a sound depth and breadth of clinical experience across the UEC landscape.
