Job Summary
Join our team as a Cage & Players Club Cashier at our exciting casino in Florence Indiana! Were looking for a friendly and efficient individual to handle financial transactions and provide exceptional customer service to our valued players.
- Process cash transactions including buy-ins cash-outs and chip exchanges
- Manage and reconcile cash drawers ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
- Assist players with Players Club card applications and account inquiries
- Provide information about casino promotions events and loyalty program benefits
- Maintain a high level of customer service addressing player concerns and requests promptly
- Comply with all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth casino operations
- Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cash handling or casino operations preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling techniques
- Computer literacy and ability to learn casino management software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Gaming license
