The Bartender at Zero Bond Las Vegas is responsible for delivering an elevated and personalized bar experience that aligns with Zero bond service standards. This role involves engaging members with warmth professionalism and attention to detail while maintaining a pristine and organized bar environment. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality deep knowledge of spirits and mixology and thrives in a high-paced guest-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism creating an inviting and elevated bar experience.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members & guests in accordance with Zero Bonds specifications and service standards.
- Responsible for taking food/beverage orders and carrying out wine/beverage service.
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar throughout service including proper rotation and restocking of products and supplies.
- Execute all drink orders with speed precision and consistency ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all cocktails spirits wines beers and food menus.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively make beverage suggestions based on preferences and seasonality.
- Maintain attentiveness to all food and beverage items served at the bar ensuring accurate presentation and timely delivery.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures including cleaning restocking bar prep and side-work as assigned.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Uphold all Clark County Health Department standards for sanitation safety and cleanliness behind the bar.
- Handling guest checks and other related financial transactions (itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment).
- Bid farewell to guests using guests name when known and encourage them to return.
- Collaborate with bartenders barbacks servers and managers to maintain seamless and coordinated service.
- Educate and mentor new team members on bar procedures service expectations and Zero Bond culture.
- Attend all required training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay informed of daily priorities new offerings and member notes.
- Handle member feedback or concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
- Adhere to Wynn uniform and grooming standards maintaining a polished and fashionable appearance at all times.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/ features and local attractions/ activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale high-volume or fine dining restaurant.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card prior to start date.
- Strong wine spirit and cocktail knowledge including varietals vintages ingredients garnishes and service techniques.
- Working knowledge of bar equipment.
- Knowledge of education in Mixology.
- Numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently describe menu items and make informed recommendations and pairings.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Experience with POS systems (micros preferred)
- Strong multitasking ability under pressure while maintaining guest focus and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset contributing positively to venue culture.
- Demonstrate understanding of luxury hospitality cues and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Bottle service experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable in a high-energy fast-paced and occasionally loud environment.
- Polished grooming professional posture and appearance in accordance with Wynn standards.
- Makeup grooming and style should remain in line with current fashion standards and management expectations.

- Occasionally kneel bend crouch and climb as required.
