Schedule: Compressed Night Shift - 12hrs
Pay Rate:$62000 - $70000
Location: Hillsboro OR
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support to a team of technicians with training mentoring coaching and skill development.
• Manage and provideheadcount planning for daily attendancevacation & absence management to ensure customer production targets are delivered.
• Communicate andreport assigned shift team completion of internal and external customer KPIs drive the success of the assigned module goals and support performancecorrective action plans as needed.
• Effectively communicate with team and customer by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and participating in on-site meetings.
• Serve as primary responder to customers issues while communicating effectively and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and actively participate in system failure investigations and the execution and/or development of change initiatives.
• Address and mitigate conflicts and escalate to Operations Managementasneeded.
• Ensure assigned shiftteam is adhering to all customer performance and safety protocols.
• Protect company & customer assets reputation and ensure business continuity

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory / leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
• Semiconductor fab experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can support compressed work week night shift schedule
• A commitment tosafetyquality andcontinuous improvement

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
