Job Summary
Pay rate: $21.40 per hour
Shift Hours: 8am- 4 pm OT
(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Painting Floor repair concrete layout and repair.
- Repair doors windows walls etc.
- Electrical plumbing
- Carpentry roof repair
- Welding
- Repair and install sinks soap dispensers etc.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years building maintenance experience
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools
- Must be able to weld and use cutting equipment
- Must have good electrical skills with ability to read electrical schematics and blue prints
- Have understanding of OSHA standards and guidelines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work off of ladders
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
