Job Description

Description:

Experience in AT&T tech stack with preferred BSSe stack experience.

Experienced in defect Analysis Triaging and Troubleshoot customer focused issues and exceptions.

Strong Defect management skills to drive the resolution of defects during the testing and involved complete defect life cycle.

Work with tools such as Dynatrace ELK anypoint and other monitoring tools for capturing event data and package the issues for quicker resolutions.

Ability to work with various ticket management systems such as (but not limited to) iTrack AOTS JIRA Sharepoint.

Strong understanding of defect life cycle and end to end defect management process.

Ability to work with end user and translate user challenges into technical terminology.

Ability to work with multiple application teams for end to end defect resolution.

Prior experience in AT&T is preferred.

Strong communication and presenting skills.

BSSe stack & Ex ATT is mandatory.
