Lead Veterinarian Greenville SC
A veterinary practice is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to oversee its medical team and help create a positive collaborative workplace culture. This role is well-suited for an experienced veterinarian with leadership experience or for an associate doctor looking to step into a supported leadership track. Guidance will be provided during the transition along with continued access to professional development and mentorship resources.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical leadership and model professionalism respect and collaboration
Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff in their growth
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and client service
Partner with management on scheduling staffing and operations
Contribute to the development of medical protocols and quality standards
Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent outcomes
Qualifications
DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Interest in mentorship and guiding others
