Specific Description

Advanced Systems Support: Provides complex systems support for distributed computing.

Problem Resolution: Addresses routine and recurring issues recommending solutions.

Project Component Management: Manages several project components or complex parts of a single project.

Documentation: Documents and compiles results for final assessment.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots complex problems and recommends appropriate actions.

Technical Liaison: Acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to implement or maintain systems.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and suites

Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers

Strong desktop hardware knowledge

Knowledge in effective communication and customer service / support

Knowledge of networking concepts

Server management knowledge
