Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and support business processes in fund distribution and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage structure and optimize fund-related data.
Apply project management methodologies for the effective delivery of initiatives.
Contribute to product vision and help shape functional and technical requirements in collaboration with IT and development teams.
Work closely with developers to enhance and improve web-based applications ensuring scalability usability and performance.
Analyze and support business processes related to banking applications (core banking payments compliance reporting etc.).
Apply Java expertise to review technical feasibility understand architecture constraints and propose improvements.
Interpret and work with SWIFT messages (MT & MX formats).
Use SQL XML Jira for data queries reporting and task tracking.
Serve as a bridge between business and IT translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in the fund industry (distribution execution fund data).
Solid background in Java development (applications APIs system integration).
Strong knowledge of banking processes and systems (core banking payments compliance client onboarding).
Proven experience in requirement gathering process analysis and functional specification writing.
Familiarity with SWIFT messages (MT/MX).
Proficiency in SQL XML and experience with Jira.
Experience working closely with Product Owners or in agile teams.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Ability to operate in an international fast-paced environment and liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Degree in Finance Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the fund industry (distribution execution fund data management).
At least 2 years of experience in banking application development with proven Java expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English; able to liaise between business and technical teams
