This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting in the timely preparation of payroll related data reconciliations payments month end activities reporting and analysis along with payroll duties as specified by the Business Services Centre (BSC) management team.
The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve payroll issues raised through the Customer Support System along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to ensure desirable outcomes.
