About the Job: 

As a Waiter you bring the venue to lifedelivering exceptional service sharing your knowledge of food and drinks and creating memorable guest experiences. Youll work closely with the front-of-house team embodying the values of House Made Hospitality and Sofitel while making every guest feel welcome and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks according to the venues Service.
• Guide guests through the menu including ingredients allergens and recommendations.
• Maintain a well-stocked and clean station and support venue setup before service.
• Upsell products appropriately and go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the team communicate issues and uphold brand values and standards.

Qualifications :

About You: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge including cocktails wine and dietary requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a warm guest-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality procedures.
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
