Job Description

The University of Chicagos Department of Medicine Section of Cardiology is seeking part-time clinical cardiologists for appointments as 10% Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to three years. These positions will be primarily focused on outpatient cardiology practice and consultation at our various Chicagoland locations. Appointees will read EKGs perform exercise stress tests and read/interpret echocardiograms. There will also be opportunities for inpatient consultation at our main campus in Hyde Park. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. These positions are not benefits eligible.

Prior to the start of employment qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and 3) be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology.
