What Youll Do
As our Asset Management Associate youll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and managing our assets. If you love working with data collaborating with great people and staying organized this role is perfect for you!
Day-to-Day expectations include:
- Asset Management:
- Keep track of our assetslike equipment and vehiclesmaking sure everythings where it should be.
- Perform regular check-ins on assets and maintain clear records for maintenance and condition.
- Help with buying selling or moving assets while following company guidelines.
- ERP System Support:
- Help keep our ERP system humming by entering updating and checking data like inventory sales and purchasing records.
- Create reports to help our team make smart decisions.
- Solve small ERP hiccups and team up with IT for bigger fixes.
- Teamwork and Connection:
- Partner with our awesome finance procurement and operations teams to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Share your know-how by training teammates on the ERP system and asset processes.
- Chat with vendors and service providers to keep our assets in tip-top shape.
Who Were Looking For
Wed love to meet someone whos excited to jump in and make a difference! Heres what were hoping you bring:
- Education:
- Required - High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred - Degree in Business Administration Accounting Supply Chain Management or something similar.
- Experience:
- About 2 years working with ERP systems or managing assets.
- Bonus points if youve used ERP software like SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics! Even more if you have experience with Cargas and/or TIMS software.
- Experience in inventory or asset tracking in manufacturing or industrial settings is a big plus.
- Skills:
- Youre comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and love staying organized.
- Youve got an eye for detail and a knack for accurate data entry.
- Youre a team player who also shines when working solo.
- Problem-solving and clear communication are your superpowers!
- Certifications:If you have ERP or asset management certifications (like CPIM or CMMS) thats awesome but not required.
