Candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing/production environment at our McKinney TX location. The candidate will also be asked to have flexibility to work across shifts/off shift/ weekends as needed.
*Position is for 2nd Shift at our McKinney TX location.*
What You Will Do
Laying up and bagging pre-preg graphite and fiberglass composite materials.
Paint prep masking painting with HVLP equipment and PAPR respirator.
Operate a variety of process equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
Use basic hand tools as well as pneumatic and electric hand tools.
Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards
Accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with composite pre-preg graphite and/or fiberglass materials including layup vacuum bagging and/or secondary bonding skills.
Experience with reading blueprints and follow assembly instructions and shop process instructions.
Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

Qualifications We Prefer

Ability to train and qualify on multiple processes.

Location:
North Texas: salary range for this role is 50000 USD - 100000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
