Job Description

Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor (Nashville Tennessee) (Sign-on Bonus Eligible)

The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 5 and growing direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions Holter product.

Your role:

  • Oversee scheduling performance and daily operations of Clinical Holter employees ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies processes and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Work closely within the Clinical Holter Monitoring department to track key performance indicators ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • The work hours for this role is 8:30am 5pm EST.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville TN is $62250 to $99600. This position is sign-on bonus eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville TN.
