Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor (Nashville Tennessee) (Sign-on Bonus Eligible)
The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 5 and growing direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions Holter product.
Your role:
- Oversee scheduling performance and daily operations of Clinical Holter employees ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers.
- Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies processes and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness.
- Work closely within the Clinical Holter Monitoring department to track key performance indicators ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- The work hours for this role is 8:30am 5pm EST.
Youre the right fit if:
- You have 1 years experience with a bachelors degree or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
- You have an active CRAT or CCT certification.
- Your skills include a high technical aptitude advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms easily adapting to change and leading a team with confidence. Additionally you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Youre an energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills capable of thriving in a high-volume fast-paced environment and remaining flexible. Additionally strong listening and patience are key attributes.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville TN is $62250 to $99600. This position is sign-on bonus eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
