Guardian Angel Senior Services:

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Plymouth is looking to add a new Home Health Aide to join our team. The Homemaker will assist residents in the in their homes with all daily activities. These activities include everyday living housekeeping bathing and dressing transportation cooking shopping toileting medication mobility and continence care. Locations needing Homemakers are Wareham Plymouth Pembroke and Marshfield.

The ideal person for this position has the experience compassion and a solid understanding of all aspects of patient home health provide training needed towards certification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shopping & Errands:Grocery shopping for food clothing and other necessary supplies for the home.
• Household Organization:Managing and organizing the household which may include budgeting managing finances and tracking household needs.
• Companionship:For professional homemakers this can include providing companionship for clients accompanying.
• Household Cleaning:Routine light housekeeping tasks like dusting vacuuming mopping changing bed linens doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
• Meal Management:Planning and preparing meals preparing snacks and washing dishes.

• Cooking Skills:Ability to plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Organizational & Time Management:Excellent skills in managing time and household tasks efficiently.
• Communication:Strong communication skills to interact with family members clients and supervisors.
• Reliability & Trustworthiness:Being dependable and trustworthy to manage the responsibilities of the home.
• Flexibility:Ability to adapt to different schedules and perform varied duties as needed.
• Home Management:Proficiency in managing a home including cleaning organizing and maintenance.
