Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Ultrasound Technologistfor an exciting job in New York NY.

Required Skills & Experience

ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent general ultrasound experience
ARDMS certification required

Responsibilities

Prepare and examine patients for ultrasound procedures following approved protocols
Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment ensuring patient and staff safety
Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed
Monitor supply levels to ensure materials are available for daily operations
Capture diagnostic images and ensure smooth transfer to physicians workstations
Mentor and assist in onboarding new ultrasound staff
Provide administrative support including scheduling exams and coordinating patient transport
Perform additional duties as assigned by departmental leadership
