The Home Health RN Educator assures high quality policy driven documentation and education is accomplished leading to best practices and positive outcomes for our nurses and clients.

HOURS:

Part-Time 16-20 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience
Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia
Super organized and detail oriented
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to get along with others
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Word and other like programs operating computers and establishing work flow
Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred
Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Home Health Educator will collaborate with Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
