Job Description
- Bachelors Degree or masters degree in computer science Information Systems/Technology Management or related discipline with degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years SharePoint development experience including proficiency in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint customization: skilled in customizing sites lists libraries workflows and web parts to meet business requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365 including creating custom layouts features and functionalities.
- 4 years Power Platform expertise: proficiency with Office 365 Power Suite (Power Automate Power BI) and add-ons.
- 4 years programming expertise in C#.NET JavaScript HTML CSS PowerShell and JQuery (or similar frameworks).
- Security & compliance knowledge: familiar with security best practices and compliance standards related to SharePoint Online.
- Strong UI/UX knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting issues root cause analysis and implementing solutions to ensure current and future development functions smoothly.
- Microsoft copilot integrations
- M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development
- Gamification Knowledge: Apply gamification principles to intranet design to boost user engagement adoption and collaboration.
- Certifications such as Microsoft certified: SharePoint online Microsoft 365 certified: developer associate or similar certifications
- SharePoint Online & O365 intranet development and customization
- Power Platform: Power Automate Power BI Power Apps
- Programming: C# JavaScript HTML CSS PowerShell
- Information architecture UI/UX and personalization
- Security & compliance alignment (CJIS state security standards)
- Troubleshooting solution design collaboration
