Job Summary

Senior SharePoint / M365 Intranet Solutions Consultant Digital Workplace & Power Platform Expert

Columbia South Carolina (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree or masters degree in computer science Information Systems/Technology Management or related discipline with degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
10 years SharePoint development experience including proficiency in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint customization: skilled in customizing sites lists libraries workflows and web parts to meet business requirements.
Proven experience in designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365 including creating custom layouts features and functionalities.
4 years Power Platform expertise: proficiency with Office 365 Power Suite (Power Automate Power BI) and add-ons.
4 years programming expertise in C#.NET JavaScript HTML CSS PowerShell and JQuery (or similar frameworks).
Security & compliance knowledge: familiar with security best practices and compliance standards related to SharePoint Online.
Strong UI/UX knowledge and skills.
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting issues root cause analysis and implementing solutions to ensure current and future development functions smoothly.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft copilot integrations
M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development
Gamification Knowledge: Apply gamification principles to intranet design to boost user engagement adoption and collaboration.
Certifications such as Microsoft certified: SharePoint online Microsoft 365 certified: developer associate or similar certifications

Specific Skills:

SharePoint Online & O365 intranet development and customization
Power Platform: Power Automate Power BI Power Apps
Programming: C# JavaScript HTML CSS PowerShell
