As a marketing generalist at PwC you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firms products or services. You will conduct market research develop marketing strategies create and execute marketing campaigns and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels holding responsibility for validating brand consistency reaching target audiences and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

As the Alliances Service Hub Leader you will play a pivotal role in professionalizing alliance management by connecting operational excellence with measurable business outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of global delivery cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution this role enables how PwC and our technology partners create value in the marketplace.
You will lead a globally distributed team across India Argentina and other regions collaborating with senior stakeholders in Sales Marketing Commercial and Program Operations. By bringing together diverse teams and perspectives youll ensure seamless service delivery transparent governance and the ability to scale rapidly in response to market opportunities.
This is not a traditional support role its an opportunity to shape the future of PwCs alliance ecosystem. Youll leverage AI-enabled tools advanced analytics and standardized processes to drive efficiency unlock insights and empower leaders to focus on doing so you will gain broad exposure to PwCs global network develop executive visibility and position yourself as a leader in one of the firms fastest-growing strategic areas.
Responsibilities
- Shape Alliance Service Delivery: Lead the growth transformation and maturity of the Alliances Service Hub ensuring seamless scalable support for PwCs global alliance ecosystem.
- Drive Global Coordination: Oversee day-to-day service delivery across regions (India Argentina and beyond) as the primary liaison between alliance leadership sales marketing and delivery functions.
- Embed Governance & Accountability: Implement governance frameworks KPIs and SLAs that ensure transparency responsiveness and trust across global stakeholders.
- Enable Workforce Agility: Manage staffing needs and resourcing across territories building cross-functional teams with flexibility to pivot as market needs evolve.
- Enhance Processes & Ways of Working: Identify opportunities for scale standardization and digital enablement leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows.
- Advance Strategic Outcomes: Translate operational performance into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions strengthen partner relationships and drive PwCs market impact.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bring together diverse teams across Sales Marketing Service Delivery and Program Operations to execute on shared alliance goals.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Create an inclusive environment that values different perspectives and celebrates global collaboration.
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- Significant experience (typically 10 years) in business services operations or shared services leadership
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint Excel Teams and SharePoint; exposure to AI-enabled analytics and reporting platforms is a plus.
- A passion for operational excellence paired with the ability to connect execution to measurable business impact.
- A track record of cultivating trusted relationships with teammates stakeholders and external partners across geographies.
