Your Mission at Elis
Your role as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
- Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets driving revenue growth for the ICS division.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
What will make you stand out
What you will need as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:
- Previous sales experience ideally in field-based business development account management or similar roles.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated resilient and results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A full UK driving license is essential as the role involves regular travel across your territory.
