As part of the on-going integration work across the business we have an internal opportunity for a Project Manager / Organisation Lead to join the packaging HR delivery team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract (FTC). The key success of this role is to ensure the Packaging Organisation is delivered on time and benefits are realised. A candidate with a clear project management structure and an analytical approach is needed to interpret data to ensure key benefits and outcomes are reached.
As the successful candidate you will work with our colleagues not just in Packaging but also within PSP / Paper as well Group coordinating on timescales approach and more general activities where required - ensuring the organisation status is up to date coordinated and presented in a consistent way at the MBR business review.
Key responsibilities / objectives:
Creating a detailed project plan to finalise the packaging organisation - designing the sprints required to implemented and realise business benefits
Work with the HR leads to ensure accurate data is entered in the tracking tool
Analysing data - drawing conclusions on whether org proposals are affordable and key benefits are being realised
Create simple to track RAID logs ensuring actions are completed
Create a meeting structure with sufficient agendas & stakeholders discussing progress reviews as well the project teams responsibilities and accountabilities aligned
Work collaboratively with our colleagues in PSP/Paper and Group to ensure consistency across the organisation
Coordinate inputs required for MBR and org reviews
About you
Experienced Project Manager - delivering business critical projects with senior stakeholder engagement
Skilled in Data Analysis with the ability to decipher key decisions metrics from data
Strong stakeholder experience demonstrating skills in working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
Understanding of change management
The ability to problem solve and find innovation ways of finding solutions
Knowledge of project management frameworks such as Prince 2 would be desirable
