EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe.
We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services including payment infrastructure custody mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe).
About the role
The Creative Strategist at EMCD is responsible for defining and driving the companys creative vision and brand identity across all channels. This role ensures that every piece of content design and campaign communicates EMCDs mission and values consistently while resonating with a global crypto audience.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
Lead creative concept development for brand and product campaigns.
- Translate EMCDs vision and ecosystem positioning into breakthrough creative strategies.
Campaign Ideation & Execution
- Partner with Campaign Manager PR Content SMM and Design to deliver integrated creative concepts.
- Develop strong creative briefs mood boards and storytelling frameworks.
- Ensure creative consistency across all channels from digital to events.
Innovation & Web 3 Storytelling
- Stay ahead of Web3 blockchain and crypto culture trends applying them to creative work.
- Build narratives that resonate with communities across CIS Europe MENA and LATAM.
- Explore new creative formats (NFT activations metaverse presence gamified campaigns).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Brand Product Design and Marketing ensuring creative concepts support both product growth and ecosystem positioning.
- Present creative ideas to leadership and external partners with clarity and impact.
Metrics & Accountability
- Define KPIs for creative performance (engagement uplift campaign recall sentiment impact).
- Track effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 7 years of creative leadership experience with at least 2-3 years in Web3/crypto/blockchain.
- Proven ability to craft and deliver disruptive brand and product campaigns globally.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative concepts across digital social and experiential.
- Deep understanding of Web3 culture memes community dynamics and trends.
- Russian & English.
