Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ironton MO. The PT will provide evaluation and treatment for patients with mobility function strength and positioning challenges in line with APTA scope of practice and licensure guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered physical therapy services
- Collaborate with physicians families and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate professional documentation in the medical record
- Provide staff education and in-services for restorative and functional maintenance programs
- Model CRIs core values of Commitment Respect and Integrity in all interactions
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (required)
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for patient-focused care
