Job Summary
Overview
WellTech Partners has partnered with a hospital in Iowa that is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their ICU/ARU. You will work under the supervision of the Director and provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients performing assessments implementing care plans and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Bonus:
$15000 offered for a 2 year commitment
Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical and psychosocial patient assessments.

Develop update and individualize nursing care plans.

Implement physician orders and document care accurately.

Administer medications in compliance with the 10 Rights.

Participate in mandatory in-services competencies and continuing education.

Contribute to unit goals quality improvement initiatives and team development.

Maintain safe flexible and professional nursing practice in accordance with Iowa Board of Nursing regulations.
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current RN license in Iowa or multistate license with Iowa eligibility.

Current BCLS certification.

Iowa Mandatory Reporter (Child and Dependent Adult Abuse).

ACLS and Progressive Care RN Certification preferred.

Dysrhythmia course or written competency required within 6 months of hire.

Prior Telemetry or Progressive Care experience preferred but not required.
