No prior automotive sales experience is requiredwell provide the training tools and mentorship you need to succeed.

What Youll Do
Learn how to assist customers through every step of the sales processfrom greeting and needs assessment to vehicle presentation test drives and delivery.
Gain product knowledge on Fords full lineup including the latest in electric and hybrid vehicles.
Work with experienced sales managers to understand financing leasing trade-ins and dealership systems.
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our dealerships reputation for honesty professionalism and community trust.
