You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Town of Erie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate or graduate-level Civil Engineer Intern to join the Engineering division within the Public Works Department in the summer of 2026!
This temporary paid internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Civil Engineering while working under the guidance of experienced Engineering intern will support various projects including construction support attending project meetings public engagement program monitoring and other engineering-related tasks.
The internship is a temporary position that is expected to run from mid-May to mid-August 2026 with the potential for extension based on department needs. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required anticipated to be 40 hours per week. This position may require both office and/or field presence and may be eligible for college credit. All staff are expected to adhere to the Towns mission vision and values of T.R.U.E.
