Customer Service Representative Diabetes Medical Devices (Italian Market)

Are you passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to make a difference in patients lives Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices where your role goes beyond customer supportyoull be helping patients and healthcare professionals with life-changing solutions.

What Youll Do

As part of our dynamic customer support team you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Italian (C2) with support in English (C1) when required.
  • Handle inquiries incidents and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone email and chat.
  • Assist patients caregivers and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

Day Shift Team Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 22:00 (rotative shifts)

2 days off weekly (rotative provided 1 month in advance).

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

  • Base Salary: 1000 gross/month (14 months).
  • Performance Bonus: 300 gross/month (11 months).
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day.
  • Relocation Package: Flight reimbursement up to 400 (after 6 months).
  • Accommodation: Private room in a company-arranged apartment for only 280/month (for 12 months).

Who Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Italian (C2) essential.
  • Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training.
  • Excellent communication empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus (training provided).
