We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our bus operations in Seri Kembangan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills operational expertise and a proven track record in transportation management to ensure efficient safe and reliable bus services.

What Youll Do:
Manage daily bus operations and fleet scheduling
Monitor performance metrics and optimize routes
Lead and coordinate operations teams
Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance
Implement process improvements and cost optimization
Manage budgets and operational resources
What Were Looking For:
5 years experience in transportation/operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of fleet management and logistics
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience with operational planning and scheduling
Strong communication and analytical skills
