Job Summary
Position: Regional Marketing Operations Executive (Kazakh)
Location: Remote - Kazakhstan
Employment type: Service Agreement
Remuneration: base pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution of regional and local marketing strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for local marketing agencies ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and activities.
- Manage and expand the companys social media presence across relevant platforms following brand and regional standards.
- Localize marketing materials and content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and delivering promotional campaigns events sponsorships and activations.
- Monitor ongoing marketing projects providing updates insights and recommendations to the regional team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Kazakh (C1) with good command of English (at least B2).
- Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in marketing with familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Strong communication coordination and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt global strategies into effective local initiatives.
- Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented.
