職務概要
セールスの活動計画を立案実行し所属組織の方針に基づいた担当製品の適正使用を推進 することで自社製品の価値を最大化し業績目標を達成する
主な職務内容
- 事業部所属エリアの目標戦略戦術を理解し自分自身で自己の計画を策定し上 の確認承認の下それを実行する
- 自己の業務における問題点やその原因を把握し課題を見出し解決策を立案し実行する
- 既存の方法に加え担当する顧客(施設の要求事項に応じて新しい手法を導入し解 決するまたチームメンバーや本社並びに関連する各部門と共同して行うプロジェク トに参画する
- 社内ツールを活用し適宜上に報告相談を行う
- 専門領域において必要十分なレベルの知識を有している
- 業界の動向や担当する医療機関などの情報を有しており業務に活用する
- チームがより効率的に業務を遂行できるようにメンバーに対する上の指導や育成 を支援する
- セールスの基本業務業務の流れ勉強会の実施方法プレゼンテーションのチェック PC操作各種手続き等についてトレーナーとして中途入社者を指導する
- チームメンバーが効果的に業務を遂行できるよう建設的な提案を行いチームワーク やモチベーションを高めることに貢献する
- チームの業務上の問題解決に協力する
- 効率よく業務を遂行するために社内関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを取り信頼 関係を構築する
- コンプライアンス規定や業界のルールを順守し誠実に行動する
- セールスとして必要な知識を習得あるいは常にアップデートする
求められる経験スキル知識
- 医療機器もしくは病院向け医薬品領域不問の営業経験
- 交渉力分析力論理的思考力課題抽出力計画策定実行力
- コミュニケーションスキルプレゼンテーションスキル
